Seven Sacraments of the Catholic Church

Receiving the Sacraments at our parish:

The seven sacraments of the Catholic Church are means of experiencing God's presence in our lives.  They are moments of grace in which God's meets us in our needs.

Sacrament of Reconciliation:  This Sacrament is offered every Saturday from 3:00 to 3:30 pm or by appointment.

Holy Matrimony:  A 6 month preparation period is required by the Diocese for this Sacrament.  Please call the office to make arrangements to start this process.

Baptism: Please contact Patti Rioux to initiate the process and preparation for Baptism.

Confirmation: Our next Confirmation being offered in our parish will be on May 17th, 2009.  Every third year, the Bishop visits our parish to confirm.  The other years the pastor confirms eligible candidates.

The Eucharist: The Sacrament of the Eucharist is offered at the time of the Sacrament of Confirmation and completes the initiation Sacraments which are Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist.

Annointing of the Sick: Every first Friday of the month the parish offers a healing mass for the sick in which the Sacrament of the Sick is administered to those in need.

Holy Orders: The next Ordination in our Diocese will be on January 10, 2009 at 11:00 am at the cathedral in Gaylord.  All are welcome to attend this impressive ceremony.
